Payments not affecting Balance

It has been reported to us occasionally that when a payment has been taken but although its showing on
Funeral Manager its not showing on the estimate when we go to print it.


This is a straight forward fix. Log into Funeral Manager, go to Administrator options to see who is logged in. You will need to make sure that everyone is out, and you are the only user logged in.

Next go to the Funeral Processing Options section, All Funeral Options, and click Validate All Funeral Payments,

Go Back and check your reporting, this should now be corrected.
